Unique deep fryer oven
After operating in the field for years, we noticed the need for a new kind of service. Based on this consideration, the world’s first Finnish fryer oven was born: R-Cooker. The device combines the advantages of a deep fryer, griddle, and oven. The best thing: no kitchen renovation or separate air conditioning is needed.

The oven is connected via an RJ45 cable to the building’s network or alternatively to a separate mobile router.
The internet connection enables the following: updating the oven baking software, remote software management and fault diagnostics.

Catalytic liner removes cooking smells
The self-cleaning and maintenance-free catalytic liner effectively removes food smells from the roasting level and the deep fryer.
With the help of the oven, the food portion is prepared with the push of one button, in addition, the oven guides the preparation of the food portion from start to finish.
The roasting level and the roasting tray together form an efficient roasting equivalent to a traditional pair of grills.
The oven can cook steaks up to three times faster from a raw frozen product compared to all other kitchen appliances and techniques. Almost all meals are ready in about 2–5 minutes.
There is no need for periodic maintenance in the oven apart from washing the oven. Only the fresh air filter behind the oven should be washed, for example, in the dishwasher every 1-2 months.
Internet remote control allows baking programmes to be remotely programmed into the oven, eliminating the need for the user to programme the oven themselves. Any faults can also be investigated remotely.
